Commercial Alignment • Transparency
Option 1: FOB (Free on Board) - Preferred
Supplier handles inland haulage and export loading onto vessel at origin port. Bazelconsult books international ocean freight and full onward logistics.
Option 2: CFR / CIF (Chilean Transit Ports)
Supplier books ocean freight to Port of Arica or Port of Iquique, Chile ("Consignee: Bazelconsult in transit to Bolivia"). Bazelconsult takes cargo on port discharge.
Admission Criteria & OEM/ODM Factory Requirements
To ensure sustainable and compliant supply chains, all prospective manufacturing partners must meet the following baseline requirements.
1. Full Container Load (FCL) Capacity
All purchase orders are booked in full 20ft containers (approx. 20 to 25 metric tons for cat litter) or 40ft HQ containers. We do not place fractional LCL orders.
2. Quality Management & Audited Plant
Manufacturing facilities must hold ISO 9001 certification, maintain in-line dust extraction protocols, and accept standard pre-shipment inspections (SGS / TÜV / Intertek).
3. Technical Data Sheets (TDS & MSDS)
Availability of formal Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and phytosanitary certificates for plant-based goods.
4. Sample Dispatch Protocol
Readiness to provide standardized counter-samples via international courier (DHL, FedEx) for laboratory benchmarking and absorption testing prior to master contract.
